RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 At Pureeza we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order. We do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality department of the company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

Alterations

Found the perfect style but need a different fit? No worries!
Return your outfits to us, and we'll adjust them to your size

Alteration surcharge: PKR 1,500/-
All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer
