SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Tracking:

Once your product is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via whatsapp.

Courier Service:

  • Our local delivery Partners are Daewoo and Tcs .
  • Global Delivery Partner: We use a third party service to manage our INTL deliveries. Your INTL package can be shipped via DHL, SkyNet depending on the geographical area. 
  • No local Delivery Charges
  • INTL Charges are varying according to geographical area

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the event of damaged shipments, please reach out to us promptly. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our priority, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products. We will promptly handle your request.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

For Casuals:

  • Your regular size order will be dispatched within 7 to 8 working days after a sales advisor confirmation call.
  • Customized size order will be dispatched within 8 to 10 working days.

For Formals: 

Your order will be dispatched within 10 to 12 working days after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation.

Once you get a notification from us that your order has been dispatched, please note:

  • local deliveries take up to 4 business day for shipment
  • International deliveries can take up 10 business days for shipment ( UK delivery Timing 4 to 5 Working days , USA delivery timing 10 to 14 working days )
